The Planning tab continues where the Analyze tab leaves off, implementing an advanced sorting / packing algorithm to determine the steps necessary to free up as much contiguous space as possible. It then shows the additional potential value that may be achievable if the recommended steps are followed.

Planning Tab Lists

The Planning tab is organized into three subtabs: Shrink, Renumber, and Aggregate.

Shrink

The Shrink list list CIDRs recommended for shrinking.

Show

From the Shrink tab you can view a detailed list of child blocks, and their projected values, by clicking the “Show” button next to the CIDR.

Options

The Action Menu for each tab is accessed by right clicking anywhere on a row. It will give the option to “Shrink” the block.

Renumber

The Renumber list displays CIDRs that are recommended for renumbering. Right click on the Options → Action menu (gear icon) and click “Renumber” to proceed with selecting a new number for the CIDR.

Enter the target CIDR of the range, and click Accept.

Aggregate

The Aggregate list displays blocks recommended to restructure for best financial gain.
